About the role: At Kalshi, we build by understanding our users’ needs, behaviors, and emotions. As a founding member of the UXR team, you’ll help shape how research works here: what we study, how fast we learn, and how insights turn into decisions. You’ll lead qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle, from early problem framing through post-launch measurement, and bring the customer’s perspective into the room before direction is set. You’ll help a category-defining financial company scale how it learns from its customers. What you’ll do: - End-to-end research: Design and execute mixed-methods research across the product lifecycle. You know when to run an interview, when to run a survey, and when the answer is already in the data. - Shape what’s next: Partner with product and design from the earliest stage of an idea.
