About the role We're looking for a Financial Controller / Finance Partner / Project Manager in Finance to lead Atomic's highest-priority financial cross-functional projects, starting with our expansion into Europe, and help ensure the integrity of Atomic's books and financial operations across a growing number of entities and product lines. You'll report directly to the CFO, and to the Financial and Operations Principal (FinOp) on broker-dealer work, and coordinate with leadership across finance, compliance, legal, and operations. As our financial controller, you'll help manage company-wide finance projects while building finance processes in some areas and strengthening them in others. In your first year, you'll also back up treasury, support risk and controls work, and support tax reporting as we quickly ramp up and build out processes and teams covering those areas. Atomic is a remote-first company, and this role is fully remote; however, candidates must be based in the US or LATAM in the Americas Timezone (GMT-4 to GMT-8).
