This position requires the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Responsibilities: The Lead Systems Administrator is responsible for the performance, security, reliability, and continuous improvement of the Company's information technology environment. This position is the functional owner of IT operations, cybersecurity coordination, technology planning, vendor management, and end-user support services. This position is accountable for departmental performance and is expected to independently prioritize work, execute technology initiatives, manage resources, and provide leadership with recommendations and escalation only when matters exceed established authority or present material business risk. Independently manage routine IT operations, technology implementations, vendor relationships, user support activities, and cybersecurity compliance requirements. Escalate matters involving significant operational disruption, cybersecurity incidents, substantial financial impact, legal exposure, or other material business risks. Identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions that improve operational efficiency, automate business processes, and support corporate growth objectives. Develop, maintain, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, standards, and documentation to support operational consistency, cybersecurity compliance, and organizational growth.
