About the team Marketing Analytics helps Marketing understand their impact on Stripe and invest in the right opportunities by delivering trusted measurement, actionable guidance, and strategic partnership. It is situated within the broader Data Science organization at Stripe, which is home to a diverse team of analysts, data scientists, and engineers that span their focus across Stripe’s business and products. What you’ll do As Manager of the Marketing Analytics team, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of analysts that delivers rigorous analysis, strategic guidance, and trusted data products to Marketing leaders. You will set the team’s strategy in close partnership with Marketing, translating its most important questions and needs into scalable analytical solutions. As a holistic and solutions-oriented leader, you will continually strengthen how the team operates and help your analysts grow. Your team’s work will enable informed investment decisions across the customer journey, from lead generation and acquisition through engagement and retention.
