We’re looking for a student or recent graduate who has built a full stack web application and experimented with AI agents. At Echo, you’ll bring those skills together. Think of a CRM where an agent reads an incoming enquiry, looks up the customer’s history and drafts a follow-up that the sales team can review. You’ll work on both the agent and the application people use to interact with it.

Our work ranges from web and mobile applications, custom CRM platforms and AI-driven automation to UI/UX design, film, 3D animation and immersive experiences.
What you’ll work on
Build features end to end using React or Next.js, backend APIs and databases. Develop AI agents that retrieve information, call tools and complete multi-step tasks within an application. Connect agents to business tools using n8n, webhooks and third-party APIs. Test and debug what you build, from an unresponsive interface to an agent choosing the wrong tool, and help deploy improvements.
What we’re looking for
Full stack development. You’ve built a working application with JavaScript or TypeScript, a backend using Node.js, Python or PHP, and a database such as PostgreSQL, MySQL or MongoDB. Agentic AI. You’ve used an LLM API such as OpenAI, Gemini or Claude to build a prototype that calls a tool or carries out a multi-step workflow. Problem-solving. You can walk us through a feature you built, a technical issue you ran into and how you worked through it.
College projects, hackathons and personal builds all count. Familiarity with Git, cloud deployment, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Flutter or React Native is a plus.
