About the job Company Overview Our client is an early-stage, fast-growing beauty brand redefining the nail care category with high-performance skincare for nails. Founded by seasoned beauty and consumer leaders, including the former CEO of a global beauty brand and the founder of a category-defining DTC consumer brand, the company sells across its own DTC e-commerce channel, national retail partners in the US, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. The brand holds itself to high standards of design craft and visual taste, and it is now building a top-tier, in-house growth team to scale across every channel. About the Role Maybe you’ve been the designer behind a DTC brand’s best-performing ads and want your work to carry more weight. Or maybe you’ve been doing beautiful brand work and want to see exactly how your designs move the numbers. In this role you won’t be handed a finished campaign to resize. You’ll be the visual engine of the growth team, turning brand guidelines and performance data into ads, emails, and social visuals that convert and still look like a premium beauty brand. What You Will Do This is a hands-on production role for a fast, taste-driven designer who understands performance creative. The volume is high and the turnarounds are tight. The bar stays the same: every asset should look elevated and earn its place in the test. You will design high-volume, performance-driven ad assets for Meta, TikTok, and Google, including static carousels, text-overlay graphics, and story formats. When a concept wins, you will quickly produce visual iterations of it, changing hooks, color palettes, visual hierarchy, and calls-to-action based on what the performance data shows. You will partner with the Lifecycle/CRM Marketer to design responsive, modular email templates and SMS graphics that render well on mobile.
