Job Description: The Experiential Marketing Project Manager spearheads and executes events within the Experiential Marketing Department. This position works directly with the Head of Experiential Marketing and Brand Partnerships Job and manages a variety of brand marketing programs within music/sports sponsorships, festival activations, retail promotions, or special events. Primary Job Responsibilities Project Management Organize and execute live brand events Source and manage vendor orders for event items such as production rentals, signage, premium, and custom fabrication Source appropriate staffing for all events and ensure payment processing; OSM, Brand Ambassadors, Bartenders, Labor, Photographer/Videographer Act as main point of contact for event organizers Coordinate and participate in client and team status calls Create activation plans, recaps, meeting agendas, budgets, and timelines Facilitate contract requests with legal…
