Job Summary The Digital Product Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing fan-facing digital experiences across web, mobile app, and ecommerce platforms. This role will support the execution of the organization’s digital product roadmap with a focus on improving user experience, conversion, engagement, and revenue performance. This position will work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, ticketing, technology, and external partners to deliver scalable digital experiences and support personalization, testing, optimization, and website development initiatives across the fan journey.
