As a Learning Technology Manager at Vertage, you'll take ownership of our global learning technology environment and help shape how we use digital learning, AI and automation across the organisation. From developing our LMS and improving digital learning experiences to introducing new technologies, you'll turn business needs into practical solutions that support colleagues worldwide. You'll join our Global Learning & Development team, working closely with Technology and stakeholders across the business. This is a role for someone who enjoys setting direction but isn't afraid to get hands-on. You'll have the opportunity to influence our learning technology roadmap, lead improvements and help us make better use of the platforms and technologies already available. Good to know before applying This is a hybrid role based in the UK or the Netherlands, with approximately one or two days per week in the office. You'll work with colleagues across our global organisation, including teams in the UK, Europe and the US.
