Position Summary: The Program Manager provides both clinical and administrative supervision to a multidisciplinary team within the organization. This role is responsible for ensuring effective team operations, delivering high-quality, trauma-informed treatment, and fostering innovation in behavioral health practices. The Program Manager leads team success by supporting staff development, promoting accountability, and coordinating team functions and community initiatives. This position also oversees compliance, documentation, and budgetary responsibilities while maintaining strong partnerships and aligning with organizational goals. Team Specific Information: This Program Manager will be responsible for supervising the Nursing Home Team as well as part of the Permanent Supportive Housing Team. The nursing home team is a group of 3 licensed clinicians and 2 peers that provide behavioral health services to individuals residing in skilled nursing facilities.
