Job Description: We are seeking a Cybersecurity Engineer, who will play a critical role in safeguarding systems, networks, and data by performing comprehensive vulnerability management and security assessments. This role will be on-site in San Diego, CA and requires an active secret clearance. Responsibilities Include: Perform comprehensive vulnerability management and security assessments to safeguard systems, networks, and data. Identify and mitigate risks across software, hardware, and networking components. Conduct system security testing during lab-based and site-based assessments. Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize remediation efforts and ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Maintain and update RMF documentation, including Security Controls artifacts, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
