LIFE AT UIPATH The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power. To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose. Could that be you? About the team Vertical Solutions is where UiPath brings agentic AI into some of the world's most complex and demanding industries: healthcare and life sciences, financial services, and the office of the CFO. An AI decision here can shape how a claim is reviewed, how a patient's care progresses, or how a financial close is completed. The stakes are high, and so is the bar. Regulated does not mean complicated. We believe enterprise software should feel as clear, intuitive, and thoughtfully designed as the best consumer applications. Our designers are builders. We design in code with AI tools like Claude and Codex, co-create with customers, and ship directly to production alongside our engineering partners. AI isn't just what we design for; it's fundamentally changing how we work. We're looking for a Senior Manager, Product Design who can lead this next chapter: someone who thinks beyond individual products, connects experiences across industries, and builds the systems, strategies, and teams that make exceptional design scalable. About the role As Senior Manager, Product Design, you'll lead a team of senior and principal-level product designers responsible for user experiences across UiPath's Vertical Solutions portfolio. This is not a traditional design management role focused on assigning work, managing deliverables, or overseeing design reviews. Your team already knows how to execute. Your opportunity is to help them see further, think bigger, and create more cohesive experiences across products…
