This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, workload and resource planning, operational management, and project-delivery support to ensure appropriate project coverage and consistent achievement of scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and client objectives. In this role, an employee will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in regard to the essential functions of the job below. Essential Responsibilities Lead, manage, mentor, and develop engineers, designers, drafters, technicians, and other technical professionals supporting transmission projects. Maintain accountability for the accurate, timely, and quality completion of transmission engineering and design scopes assigned to the team.
