What We're Looking For: As a member of our Digital Operations team, you will help deliver value to our clients through successful implementation, execution, and support of our digital products. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to coordinate projects, support implementation activities, and ensure successful outcomes throughout the project lifecycle. You'll partner with Client Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, Analytics, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, solve problems, and identify opportunities to improve our products and processes. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and eager to grow their expertise in healthcare technology, digital operations, and program management. You Will: Support the implementation and execution of digital products by coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, monitoring progress, and helping ensure successful delivery of client outcomes. Manage a portfolio of low-to-medium complexity digital programs and client projects, ensuring timely execution and a high-quality customer experience.
