As a Senior Product Designer, you’ll take ownership of complex product challenges from early discovery through to delivery and continuous improvement. Working as an individual contributor alongside Product, Engineering, Data and Design, you’ll have the opportunity to influence both the experiences our customers use and the direction of the products behind them. You’ll bring together customer insight, product judgement and exceptional design craft to simplify complex financial journeys. As we explore new possibilities with AI and intelligent automation, you’ll also help identify where emerging technology can create meaningful value for customers. What you’ll own Lead end to end design across a product domain, from framing customer problems and discovery through to delivery, measurement and continuous improvement. Set a high standard for accessible interaction and visual design across native mobile and web, taking ideas from early prototypes through to production ready experiences. Use customer research, product data and experimentation to understand customer needs, influence product strategy and help define what success looks like.
