Developer III – Software Engineer
The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong software development expertise, experience building scalable solutions, and the ability to work effectively in Agile environments. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, a passion for quality engineering, and a commitment to delivering high-performance applications.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-quality software applications. Develop and enhance RESTful APIs, microservices, and application components. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex application issues across development and production environments. Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, QA Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver business requirements. Support CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes. Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide production support and participate in incident resolution when required.

What You Need
Required
5–8 years of hands-on experience in software development and application engineering.
