WHAT YOU WILL DO: Our client, a large global retailer, wants to build lasting requirements elicitation, documentation, and process discipline within its product organization — largely from the ground up. In this role, you'll partner directly with the client's Product Owner team, assessing how they currently gather and document requirements, then building the materials, tooling, and coaching program that helps them apply better practices to their live work going forward. If you have hands-on experience gathering and documenting requirements within an agile framework, have coached or enabled others before, and are comfortable owning delivery independently across assessment, tooling, and live coaching, we want to speak with you. Key Responsibilities: Assess current-state requirements elicitation, documentation, and process practices across the client's Product Owner team, through structured interviews with Product Owners and other stakeholders.
