This role combines people leadership, technical oversight, workload forecasting, team-level financial visibility, QA/QC accountability, and project support. In this role, an employee will be expected to demonstrate proficiency in the essential functions outlined below. Essential Responsibilities Lead, manage, mentor, and develop engineers, designers, drafters, technicians, and other technical professionals supporting the assigned specialty. Maintain accountability for the accurate, timely, and quality completion of engineering and design scopes assigned to the team. Establish clear expectations and support employee development through coaching, feedback, training, performance management, individualized development planning, and succession planning.
