🚨 WE’RE HIRING – SRE L1 TEAM LEAD 🚨Remote (Preferably Eastern Time Zone) 📍 Location: Remote (Preferably Eastern Time Zone) 🕒 Operations: 24×7 Managed Services 💼 Experience: 8+ Years in IT Operations | 3+ Years in Team Leadership Contract can work on C2C 🔹 Key Responsibilities: ▪️ Lead L1 teams across NetOps, SecOps & PlatOps. ▪️ Manage 24×7 operations, shift planning, incident triage & escalations. ▪️ Drive ITIL processes, SLA/KPI adherence & ServiceNow ticket management. ▪️ Handle operational dashboards, WBR/MBR/QBR & client communications. ▪️ Drive service improvement, automation & toil reduction. ▪️ Support SRE practices, reliability engineering & AI-driven operations. 🔹 Required Skills: ✅ 8+ years of IT Operations / Infrastructure experience. ✅ 3+ years of Team Lead / Supervisory experience. ✅ Knowledge of NetOps, SecOps and/or PlatOps. ✅ Strong ITIL v4 & ServiceNow experience. ✅ Monitoring, observability & dashboard management. ✅ 24×7 shift / roster management experience. ✅ Excellent leadership & stakeholder management skills. ✅ SRE / Automation / AIOps exposure is an added advantage. 📩 Interested candidates: Please DM your updated resume to avrajesh@hgtechinc.net 🙏 Please share this opportunity with relevant candidates in your network.
