Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, deployment, and support of enterprise-scale software applications and platform services Serve as the technical lead for one or more Agile teams, fostering Agile delivery excellence by promoting continuous improvement, team accountability, and effective Scrum practices Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with business objectives Coordinate with product managers, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, priorities, and release plans Design and implement scalable, reliable, secure, and high-performing full-stack solutions across web, API, and cloud environments Drive technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and engineering best practices Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing Ensure software quality through automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure development practices Support production applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive root cause analysis and resolution Improve application performance, scalability, observability, and operational excellence Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that improve business outcomes and engineering productivity Contribute to technical roadmaps and align engineering efforts with organizational goals Comply with all applicable C…
