About the role We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Senior Program Manager with a passion for leading teams, coordinating information, and solving problems across the IT organization. This role will be based on-site at least 3 days per week in our Dallas office and will play a critical role in managing Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) initiatives. Candidates must be able to work onsite at our Dallas, TX location. The ideal candidate brings a strong program management background, has demonstrated the ability to deliver against company strategic goals, and drives value through efficient process and data-driven insights. This position will report into the Senior Director of Program Management for the Technology Solutions group and will work closely with various teams across the business to support pivotal initiatives.
