Primary Responsibility:
Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience will be considered 10+ years of software engineering experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibility 5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams, managers, and large-scale technology initiatives Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade software solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Experience leading Agile software development teams and implementing DevOps and CI/CD best practices Experience building, mentoring, and retaining high-performing engineering teams Solid understanding of software architecture, API development, distributed systems, microservices, and integration patterns Demonstrated success managing multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment Proven solid stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence technical and business leaders at all levels Proven excellent communication, presentation, and organizational leadership skills
