As a Lead Full Stack Developer (Python & Angular) at Emergn(https://himalayas.app/companies/emergn) you will work across both the Angular frontend and Python backend of our core product, guiding technical direction and mentoring the team within our cross-functional delivery structure.

Facilitate technical decision-making and encourage consistent approaches across the team. Provide mentoring and support to more junior team members, helping them grow. Take ownership of complex features and architectural decisions, from design through to deployment and support. Support effective communication between the team and wider stakeholders, including regular progress updates.
