About the Role MoneyLion's Marketplace connects consumers with the financial products that fit their moment and rewards are how we get them to come back. As the Principal PM for Rewards, you'll set the direction for the whole program the earn and redeem mechanics, the partner-offer surfaces customers see, and the rewards strategy other Marketplace teams build against. You'll own that direction as a senior individual contributor, close enough to the work to ship it, and balancing what delights customers against what the rewards economics can carry.
