GAQ427R219 We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead a team of high-performing Executive Assistants in Costa Rica & Serbia. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing each EA and building processes that enable them to effectively support executives across the company's G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People, IT, Operations & Security). This position requires an operational leader with excellent communication skills and previous experience managing a team, preferably of 10+ Executive Assistants. Impact you will have: Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 10-15 Executive Assistants aligned to G&A Executives (Executives in Finance, Legal, People, IT, Operations & Security) to ensure high performance and professional growth, while providing direct executive support to 1 Executives. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between executives, EAs, and other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of the G&A EA team, ensuring efficient management of executives' schedules, meetings, and communications. Strategic Planning and Execution: Partner with the EA Manager and Corp Ops leadership to align the EA team's objectives with the company's strategic goals, while establishing the right framework to operate as a Center of Excellence (CoE). Cross-Functional Team Building: Develop a structure for the team to function as a cross-functional unit, supporting multiple departments across the organization.
