Role Overview We are looking for a strategic, technically proficient, and execution-oriented Product Manager to drive the end-to-end product lifecycle across custom software development and AI-powered digital solutions.
The role involves translating business objectives and client requirements into well-defined product strategies, roadmaps, and actionable development plans.
You will work closely with clients, business stakeholders, UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and technical teams to ensure the successful conceptualisation, development, deployment, and continuous enhancement of software products.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of product management, software development processes, Agile methodologies, and emerging technology solutions, with the ability to balance business priorities, user needs, and technical feasibility.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Roadmap Management
Define product vision, strategy, objectives, and development roadmaps. Identify business opportunities and translate them into viable software products and solutions. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and product discovery. Prioritise features and product enhancements based on business value, user needs, and technical feasibility. Manage product lifecycle from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement.
Requirement Gathering & Product Documentation
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business challenges and functional requirements. Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and development tasks.
