About the Role As Senior Product Manager, SaaS Growth, you will own product initiatives that improve customer acquisition, activation, conversion, retention, and expansion across Motive’s Workforce Management suite of products. You will develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and business opportunities, then translate those insights into a focused product strategy and roadmap. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer teams to deliver measurable business and customer outcomes. This role is ideal for a product leader who combines strong customer empathy with analytical rigor, moves comfortably between strategy and execution, and thrives in a fast-growing environment.
