Job Description
Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Procure to Pay (P2P).
We are looking for candidates with a deep understanding of day-to-day Procure to Pay operations, particularly invoice processing, cash application-related queries and vendor coordination. The candidate should be capable of maintaining SLAs and ensuring timely completion of assigned activities.
Responsibilities
Email or fax invoices and arrange for remittance copies to be sent to stakeholders as requested. Identify and resolve on-hold invoices, unidentified cash and vendor queries. Process daily invoices at assigned sites, ensuring timely payments. Follow up on customer and internal disputes, vendor queries and coordinate across departments for resolution. Reconcile orders with customer books, validate credits or debits and send them to vendors for payment. Resolve queries related to cash applications and coordinate with customers. Maintain operational efficiency and meet assigned SLA requirements.
Minimum Qualifications
B.Com graduation. Meaningful experience in relevant finance and accounting operations. 1–3 years of experience in Procure to Pay, especially Invoice Processing. Willingness to work in flexible rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent English language skills (verbal and written).
Pay: From ₹42,000.00 per month
