Position summary: We are looking for a skilled L2 System Administrator to support Windows Server, VMware virtualization and cloud infrastructure across Azure/AWS environments. The role is responsible for incident resolution, routine administration, patching, monitoring, performance troubleshooting, security remediation and infrastructure lifecycle activities. The administrator will work closely with L1 operations, L3 Senior team and cross-functional teams to maintain infrastructure availability, meet SLAs and ensure consistent 24x7 service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Windows Server Operations Provide L2 support for Windows Server incidents, alerts and service requests. Administer and troubleshoot Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments. Execute approved OS patching, reboot activities and post-patching validation. Troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, services, event logs and performance issues. Support service accounts, certificates, IIS services and standard OS-level requests. Perform vulnerability remediation and security compliance activities as per approved procedures. Support backup verification and coordinate recovery activities with Backup teams. Global 24x7x365 support across APAC, EMEA and NLAM, working in a rotational shift-based, follow-the-sun operating model. VMware Virtualization Administer and troubleshoot VMware ESXi and vCenter environments.
