We're Hiring: Mainframe Assembler Developer | 6–9 Years
We are looking for experienced Mainframe Assembler Developers with strong hands-on experience in z/OS, JCL, COBOL, and mainframe application development.
Locations: Hyderabad | Pune | Bengaluru | Chennai Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience: 6–9 Years
Mandatory Skills:
Hands-on experience in Mainframe Assembler (z/OS). Strong knowledge of JCL. Working experience with COBOL / PL1 / DB2 integration. Experience in mainframe application development, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Good-to-Have Skills:
IPCS / Abend-AID debugging tools. Batch and Online Transaction Processing. Mainframe performance optimization. Complex system logic analysis. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using Mainframe Assembler on z/OS. Analyze and troubleshoot complex mainframe programs and system logic. Develop and maintain JCL for batch processing and production execution. Support integrated applications involving COBOL, PL1, and DB2. Debug production issues using IPCS and Abend-AID. Perform root-cause analysis and implement permanent fixes. Optimize application performance and support batch and online environments. Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and application support teams. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
