Position Overview: We are hiring ServiceNow Developers to work on end-to-end ServiceNow development,including catalogue development, integration, testing, and support. The team will handle a fixed monthly workload and contribute across the full SDLC lifecycle
Key Responsibilities
Perform requirement analysis and feasibility study
Prepare andmaintain technical documentation aligned with change requests
Develop and customize ServiceNow catalogues andmodules
Implement workflows, businessrules, clientscripts, and UI policies
Handle request, incident, and case management processes
Conduct code development, review, and optimization
Prepare unit test cases, perform unit testing, and support integration testing
Integrate software changes into configuration management systems
Work on ServiceNow integrations with externalsystems (e.g., SAP via REST APIs,
CPI)
Execute testing on target environments(ECU/BGSW or remote setup)
Ensure adherence to SDLC, quality processes, and CMMI standards
Primary Skills
ServiceNow Certifications: CSA / CAD / CIS
Strong knowledge of ITSM / CSM / FSM modules
Experience in ServiceNow Catalogue Development
Hands-on with:
o Workflows
o Client Scripts
o Business Rules
o Agent Workspace
Experience in Update Set & Release Management
Integration knowledge (REST APIs, SAP CPI, etc.)
Good communication skills
Mandatory Skills
Software Configuration Management tools
SDLC understanding& Quality processes(CMMI)
Software estimation techniques
Secondary Skills
ServiceNow Platform understanding
UI development and customization
Reporting& Analytics

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
