About you You’ll be joining the Product team as a Product Manager – Cross-Border Payments & Digital Assets, reporting to the Head of Product, Cross-Border Payments and Foreign Exchange. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape ClearBank’s next generation of international payments and digital asset propositions. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Manager who can operate at the intersection of cross-border payments, banking infrastructure and digital assets. You’ll help develop propositions that enable our clients to move money internationally through both traditional payment infrastructure and emerging digital asset and stablecoin rails. You’ll be comfortable taking complex opportunities from discovery through to launch, working across Product, Engineering, Operations, Treasury, Financial Crime, Compliance, Risk and Commercial teams. You’ll combine strong customer understanding with commercial and technical thinking, translating market opportunities and complex payment flows into scalable products that solve genuine customer problems.
