Job Summary
Experienced Lead Engineer to lead the technical implementation, customization, support, and maintenance of our IPI (Instant Payment System) product across multiple banking clients in the UAE.
The role requires strong technical expertise in the Microsoft .NET stack, combined with a solid understanding of banking and payment systems. The candidate will work closely with customer IT teams, business stakeholders, architects, project managers, and internal engineering teams to deliver product enhancements, regulatory changes, client-specific customizations, and production support.
The ideal candidate should be capable of managing multiple client engagements on a common product, handling technical discussions independently, presenting solutions to customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring consistent delivery quality across projects.
Strong customer-facing communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of the IPI application across multiple banking clients.
