About the Role iCapital is seeking an Assistant Vice President or Vice President Product Manager to join the Pre-Investment Product organization. This highly visible role will help shape the experiences and platform capabilities that enable the discovery, evaluation, research, and access of alternative investment opportunities. Operating at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Client Solutions, this individual will contribute to intuitive marketplace experiences and scalable solutions that support informed investment decisions. This role offers the opportunity to influence the continued evolution of the pre-investment experience while supporting future growth, product innovation, and platform expansion. Responsibilities Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for product discovery, research, diligence, and access capabilities across the iCapital platform. Partner with internal stakeholders and external clients to identify business challenges and develop innovative solutions that improve the pre-investment experience and client satisfaction. Lead large-scale cross-functional initiatives involving multiple teams, systems, and business processes while balancing tactical delivery with long-term platform strategy. Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch and continuous improvement, including prioritization, requirements definition, testing, rollout planning, adoption monitoring, and iterative enhancement. Translate complex business workflows into intuitive user experiences by defining business requirements, user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, business rules, and success metrics. Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to build scalable services that improve search, browsing, filtering, discovery, comparison, personalization, fund visibility, and product accessibility across the platform.
