(ANSER) is seeking a Cybersecurity Staff Action Officer to support the Department of War Chief Information Security Officer (DoW CISO) onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington VA. In this key role, you will communicate and support with senior DoW officials and must be an organized self-starter capable of performing tasks and managing projects in a fast-paced organization with minimal oversight. This position does not permit hybrid or remote work with all job duties performed full-time onsite at the Pentagon in Arlington, VA. Day to Day Responsibilities: Oversee and report on the timely execution, quality, and completeness of assigned CISO projects, actions, and taskers. Support the development, implementation, and refinement of project management frameworks, tools, processes, and governance structures. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to proactively advance actions and sustain progress toward key milestones. Ensure initiatives and products are staffed and coordinated appropriately at all required levels, including preparing, routing, and refining materials for senior level information and decision. Draft and refine talking points, briefings, and other senior level communications, ensuring message clarity, adherence to DoW standards, audience-appropriate content, leadership appropriate tone, and consistent formatting.
