EquipmentShare is seeking a Junior eCommerce Web Developer (Front-End) to join our eCommerce team. This role is a great opportunity for an early-career developer to grow their front-end development and UX skills while contributing to real, customer-facing projects. The Junior Web Developer will work closely with more senior developers and the product team to build and maintain high-quality web experiences across our eCommerce platforms, with support and mentorship provided along the way. Primary Responsibilities Front-End Development Work closely with product and senior developers to understand requirements and considerations. Translate visual designs into completed HTML pages while adhering to design specifications (we use Webflow). Write, test, and debug HTML, CSS, and JavaScript according to internal standards and guidelines, with support from senior team members. Assist with ensuring cross-browser compatibility and compliance with accessibility guidelines. Collaboration & Learning Collaborate with teammates to deliver quality solutions under the guidance of senior developers. Participate in code reviews to learn best practices and improve technical skills. Ask questions and seek assistance proactively when facing unfamiliar problems.
