Job Requirements
Work as a Developer/Senior Developer in cloud-native application development using Agile methodologies. Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs and solutions. Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, GoLang, and AWS. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and coding standards. Collaborate with customer teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. Conduct unit, integration, and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Development, Staging, and Production environments. Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and responsiveness. Leverage GenAI tools and AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity. Design and develop AI-powered agents, automation solutions, and intelligent workflows that deliver measurable business value.

Work Experience
Must-Have Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices. Experience in GoLang development with a solid understanding of Go-based application architecture. Strong experience with AWS cloud services, including S3, SNS, SQS, and cloud-native application development. Hands-on experience with MongoDB and relational databases (RDBMS).
