Director of Product Management Overview The Director of Product Management is a strategic leadership role responsible for defining and executing the vision, growth strategy, profitability, and lifecycle management of US Conec’s product portfolio. This position partners closely with executive leadership, Sales, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to drive innovation, accelerate business growth, and strengthen US Conec’s position as a global technology leader in connectivity and infrastructure solutions. Responsibilities Develop and execute long-term product portfolio strategies aligned with corporate objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs. Lead and continuously improve Product Management processes, including product lifecycle management, portfolio planning, market intelligence, pricing strategy, and roadmap development. Establish and communicate a multi-year product vision that drives innovation, competitive differentiation, and sustainable growth. Evaluate and prioritize product investments, strategic initiatives, technology partnerships, and market expansion opportunities.
