Developer Experience Engineer (Staff Level) Vetcove is seeking a Staff Engineer to help us build 10x faster. AI is changing how software gets built, and we want someone who sees the opportunity and can make it real across Vetcove. You’ll own the tools, infrastructure, and workflows that let our engineers ship faster and give teams across the company the power to build. You should be someone who is already experimenting with the latest coding agents, trying new developer tools, and constantly thinking, “Why are we still doing this manually?” This is a hands-on role with room to experiment, introduce new tools, and rethink how we work. You’ll work directly with our engineering leadership and teams across the business.
