Job Description Leads user interface and user experience design activities for the Hadlock contract, architecting intuitive, accessible, and mission-focused digital experiences across ServiceNow, custom applications, and enterprise platforms. Provides strategic UX leadership establishing design systems, interaction patterns, and usability standards while mentoring design teams and ensuring solutions meet federal accessibility requirements and user needs. Drives user-centered design practices integrating research, prototyping, and validation throughout the development lifecycle.
