We're looking for a highly motivated, self-starting Go-to-Market (GTM) Systems Administrator who thrives working independently and enjoys solving problems across a modern sales technology stack. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly learn new platforms, take ownership of GTM systems, and provide exceptional support to internal teams. You'll be responsible for administering multiple GTM platforms, managing user access and permissions, configuring reports and basic system settings, and serving as the first line of support for our sales technology ecosystem. In this role, you will: Administer and support our Go-to-Market technology stack. Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, profiles, and access requests across multiple platforms. Configure reports, dashboards, workflows, and light system configurations. Provide Tier 1 support by troubleshooting user issues and escalating more complex problems when necessary. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Enablement teams to ensure our technology supports business objectives. Document system configurations, support processes, and best practices. Monitor platform health and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience. Assist with system implementations, integrations, upgrades, and new feature rollouts. Continuously learn new technologies and stay current with the evolving GTM technology landscape.
