Implementation Project Manager Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid - 3 days on-site per week) Reports To: Senior Manager - Customer Delivery Employment Type: Full-Time Travel: 10–25% (1–3 customer visits per month) The Opportunity As an Implementation Project Manager, you will drive enterprise SaaS implementations, guiding custom manufacturers through complex digital transformations. You will act as a consultative partner, aligning customer business operations with platform capabilities while navigating change management. In this role, you will lead cross-functional engagements across customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and internal engineering teams. By balancing tactical project execution with strategic product expertise, you will ensure seamless software adoption and accelerate long-term customer value. Key Responsibilities Lead executive status reviews, strategic meetings, and real-time issue resolution across customer and internal teams.
