The Role: The Embedded Lending Sales & Business Development Manager is a highly strategic and relationship‑driven role responsible for growing fintech/lending partnerships. This role focuses on acquiring, developing, and managing enterprise‑level lending clients, such as FinTechs, and SaaS platforms that will leverage Piermont Bank for loan origination services. The ideal candidate combines deep knowledge of lending with a strong understanding of API‑driven banking, embedded finance, and platform monetization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to lending partners, driving revenue growth while ensuring exceptional partner experience and long‑term value creation.
