Overview: The AI Program Manager drives delivery and adoption of Precisely’s AI-enabled PMO tool across Professional Services, bridging emerging AI capabilities with the program and project management that runs billable delivery. This is a billable, client-facing role: alongside owning the internal program end to end, the AI Program Manager leads client engagements, carries a target utilization rate, and translates complex AI concepts into decision-ready plans for both internal stakeholders and clients. What you will do: Own the AI-enabled PMO program end to end — from use-case intake through rollout and adoption. Identify high-impact AI use cases across PS workflows and build the ROI case (hours saved, margin). Deliver billable client engagements, applying AI-enabled PMO capabilities in the field. Lead AI enablement and training for Professional Services, PMO and OPS. Govern AI outputs , standards, …truncated… to scaled adoption. Preferred Skills (a plus but not required): AI/GenAI certification (PMI GenAI for PMs, applied-AI, or responsible-AI credential).
