Description:
Flexi Software is hiring Junior and entry-level Full-Stack Software Engineers to help build the next generation of our platform. You will work across C services and modern web front ends built with Node.js, React, and Next.js, backed by Microsoft SQL Server, and you will build, test, and deliver enterprise-grade software for financial institutions.
We are looking for engineers who embrace an AI-empowered software development lifecycle. At Flexi, AI is part of how we design, code, review, test, and document. You will work with agentic tools every day, and you will learn to direct them with good judgment, verify what they produce, and hold the result to the standards our banking, insurance, and financial services customers depend on.
Your primary focus will be delivering our next-generation web platform. On a limited basis, you may also work on Flexi's legacy Windows desktop solutions in C++ and C, which gives you broad exposure to how enterprise software evolves. This role is a strong starting point for an early-career engineer who wants to grow quickly, learn from experienced engineers, and ship real software at scale.
This is a hybrid position, working in person with the team in our Atlanta, GA office.
