Experience working with LLMs, with a strong grasp of practical best practices and the judgment to apply them throughout the R&D lifecycle when building task-specific models. Strong proficiency in Python and modern DL frameworks (PyTorch, HuggingFace, etc.). Experience designing experiments, defining metrics, and analyzing model failures. A strong drive to solve complex AI security challenges, with both curiosity and pragmatism.
