A Senior Data Analyst at Array will bring foundational knowledge in data analysis and lead our engineering and product teams to solve the biggest problems and challenges that we’re facing. You will work with business and technology leaders to understand the holistic business strategy and then design and execute against technical strategies for delivery. This position will report to the CEO. You Will: Trace issues back through data pipelines or code to uncover why something isn’t behaving as expected. Write clear, concise Jira tickets explaining what was found, how it was fixed, and how to prevent similar issues. Partner with engineers and product managers to make data and code more reliable, faster, and easier to understand.
