The IT Systems Administrator serves as a technical escalation point for complex issues originating from the IT Support organization and other internal technology teams. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded infrastructure professional who can navigate EquipmentShare's diverse technology stack, troubleshoot across multiple platforms, and independently drive issues to resolution.This position requires someone who is comfortable working across endpoint management, identity and access management, cloud platforms, operating systems, and networking while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.
