The work The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Benefits Lead is responsible for leading the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SuccessFactors Benefits functionality, with a strong emphasis on employee and employer contribution calculations and downstream payroll integration. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, payroll teams, and technical/integration resources to ensure benefit programs are designed accurately, flow correctly to payroll, and meet all functional and compliance requirements.
