As the Employee Experience & People Analytics Lead, you will act as the central expert and trusted advisor for employee listening across the business, partnering closely with senior leaders, HR Business Partners, Centres of Expertise, and transformation teams.<br><br>You will have ownership of Castrol’s employee listening platform and strategy, ensuring employee feedback is translated into meaningful action that improves engagement, culture, organisational effectiveness, and business performance.
